For privacy reasons, it is not possible to show the graphs and the user contributions by default. If it's OK for you to show everybody that data, create a subpage "Editcounter" in your userspace and put in the following lines in it:
Month-Graph:yes
Namespacesum-Graph:yes
Weekday-Graph:yes
Hour-Graph:yes
Usercontributions:yes
So if you are the user Test in the English Wikipedia, your subpage would be:
Of course it is possible to show only some graphs and others not. To do this, change the yes to a no (easy, isn't it ;)). If you like to disable all graphs, just change all yes to no or delete your subpage (or ask a sysop for this).
The creation and all changes have to be done by the owner of the userpage. In the example above, the user Test has do to it. If the user EvilGuy would do it, the tool would ignore it.
